PZ Cussons East Africa Limited, a leading manufacturer and marketer of leading household quality brands that include Imperial Leather, Venus Hair Care, Venus Skin Care, Robb and the Cussons Baby range, is in the process of expanding all aspects of its business and therefore invites applications from qualified and experienced Kenyans to fill the following positions:
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for achievement of sales objectives in the assigned region.
Key Accountabilities
The job holder must ensure:
• Achievement of value and volume Sales Targets
• Excellent product displays in assigned territory as directed
• Timely reporting of Market intelligence and competitor activity
• Implementation of trade activations and promotions
• Excellent customer service at all times
The Person
The individual must be:
• Enthusiastic, passionate and results driven
• Having a Strong Commercial Orientation
• Good in presentation and communication
• A holder of a Bachelors Degree from a recognised University
• Having 2- 5 years of successful sales experience in an FMCG company
• Aged not more than 30 Years
MANAGEMENT TRAINEES
The suitable candidates must be:
• Holders of any Science, Technology (e.g. Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Chemical) Chemistry, Biochemistry or a Business related degree;
• 1 - 2 years experience will be an added advantage;
• IT proficient;
• An excellent team player with high degree of integrity and ability to relate across functions;
• Good communication, analytical, presentation, planning and organizational skills;
• Resilience to succeed in an extremely challenging, fast moving and results-based environment;
• Aged not more than 30 years;
Remuneration for the positions will be competitive and commensurate with the challenges of the job.
